PROJECT OVERVIEW
In just three days on-site, we transformed Seaside Arena into a striking venue designed to host both a wedding and an after-party. Backed by nearly a month of detailed preparation, every element was executed with precision to ensure a seamless build. The entire setup was efficiently assembled and dismantled within four days, highlighting our ability to deliver large-scale productions with speed and accuracy.

BEFORE AND AFTER
Setup
Flooring the landscape with more than 600 plywood board then tiling the palace entrance with more than 70O black reflective vinyl boards
Elevation
Most of the outdoor space was covered in platforms and artificial grass and glass elevations were built on either side of the space.
BAR
This reflective BAR was designed with a striking, modern aesthetic, entirely covered in arch-shaped mirrors that were custom-cut to FIT seamlessly. A sturdy wooden frame was crafted to support the mirrors, and the entire structure was enhanced with an integrated LED strip, illuminating the BAR and highlighting its elegant design.
